Where is your delivery service?

We provide flowers and gifts delivery services in Bangkok and all provinces in Thailand by our network florist in Bangkok and local. We offer same-day delivery service for orders received before 3.00pm in Bangkok and suburbs (Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan) and in major cities such as Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, Udon Thani, Nakhon Ratchasima, Chonburi, Pattaya, Phuket, Koh Samui, Hat Yai and other major cities.

Can you deliver to other country?

No, we provide our flower delivery service in Thailand only.

How do I know that the order has reached you after I have placed an order on your web site?

After you have placed your order on our web site and the transaction is completed through PayPal, then PayPal will e-mail you a receipt for the transaction and also send an e-mail to our sales support e-mail address. We will send you a confirmation e-mail of your order after we receive e-mail notification from PayPal of successful payment.

What happens if I do not receive an order confirmation e-mail from your web site?

We will send you an order confirmation e-mail shortly after we have received your order. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail from us within 3 hours, please feel free to contact us at +66 (0) 628926669 or e-mail info@changflorist.com - we will respond quickly.

How do I know that the flowers/gifts have been delivered on the specific date?

We will notify you by e-mail after we have completed your order - please check your e-mail periodically on the day of delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail of your completed order on the day of delivery, there might have been an unexpected delivery problem. If this happens, please feel free to ask us about the status of your order.

Is it safe to use my credit card online? 

We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously. We will not sell, rent or communicate your personal information to third parties. PayPal merchants (such as ChangFlorist.com) receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information. When paying on the PayPal web site, PayPal verifies that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. When you submit information on the PayPal web site, your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

I do not have the PayPal account. Can I still place my order on you web site?

No PayPal account is required to place your order on our web site.
Please note: after your have completed the payment through PayPal, PayPal will e-mail you a receipt for your payment. For future use of PayPal, you can use the e-mail address and password that you registered with PayPal when placing your order. Please be sure to remember the e-mail address and password.
