Our Story
It started, like many good things, by accident.
In early 2006, Peg was helping a friend manage their flower website through Valentine's Day — the rush, the late nights, the smell of fresh-cut roses past midnight. When the holiday ended, Peg returned home to help with the family business, but something had taken root.
Online flower shops in Thailand were still rare. Mobile internet ran on EDGE; in many places, people still dialed up through the phone line. But the demand was already there — people far from the ones they loved, wanting to send something real.
Peg stepped into that gap. Chang Florist opened the same year.
Who We Serve
From the beginning, most of our customers have been people sending love across borders — international partners courting or married to someone in Thailand, expats living in Bangkok, and Thai families abroad sending flowers home for birthdays and anniversaries.
We rarely worked with corporate clients, and we never tried to. The relationships that mattered to us were the personal ones — and most of them still are.
Some customers from 2006 and 2007 still order with us today. Twenty years. They might try a competitor once in a while, but they come back.
What Makes Us Different
Chang Florist is small on purpose.
In quieter seasons, you may speak with Peg directly — he signs every email. In peak seasons, a small team of trusted helpers joins us, and a nationwide network of partner florists handles deliveries beyond Bangkok.
That's it. No call centers. No outsourced support. The person who reads your message is often the same one arranging your flowers.
And for every delivery, we send photo proof — the bouquet, the moment it arrived, sometimes the smile on the recipient's face. So you can see exactly what was given on your behalf.

Over the years, customers building long-distance relationships have asked us for records — order histories, photographs, quiet documentation of a steady, genuine bond across months and years.
